At The Boulders Resort we have a variety of different vacation Cottages, Lodges and Townhouses to choose from.

Our Cottage options house between four and eight guests.

Our Lodge three bedroom units have full kitchens, two full baths and will accommodate up to eleven guests and have breathtaking lake views.

We also have a variety of different vacation Townhouses to choose from.

Our townhouse options house between six & twelve guests. All include a/c, color TV, full baths (except #2), full kitchens, and covered decks.

SUMMER RATES: JUNE 25th THRU SEPT. 4TH AND MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND SPRING/FALL RATES: MAY 1st - JUNE 24th / SEPTEMBER 5th - SEPTEMBER 24th (EXCLUDING AMERICADE - CALL FOR PRICE QUOTE)

All Weekly Units are equipped with A/C, Cable TV, Full baths including bath towels (no pool/beach towels provided), full kitchens (except #2) supplied with dishes/utensils (no large pots or ovenware).

All Nightly Motel Units include daily maid service (summer season only)

Special Events and Holidays 3-5 Minimum Stay Required

All Other Rooms are rented weekly Saturday-Saturday during summer season.

Weekly units are responsible for their own housekeeping, trash transfer to rubbish receptacles, and towel exchange once daily at office between 9am and 3pm.

Pets and Fireworks are prohibited.

Must be a minimum of 21 years of age to reserve.

Arrival Time: All arrivals should be planned for after 3pm. This allows us enough time to thoroughly clean all units.

Departure Time: No later than 10am. We must prepare for incoming guests.

Extras Not Included in Rates:

  • $5.00 cash refundable deposit required for each room key.
  • $10 per night charge for each extra adult and $5 per night charge for each child under 12.
  • $10 per night charge for cots (Port-a-cribs, Pak-n-Plays and Highchairs are free upon request if available).
  • Picnic areas with BBQ grills & gas grills available free of use (charcoal not included).
  • $25 per day charge for maid service on weekly units (bed linen change not included)
  • $200 per week or $35 per day charge for dockage (boat, wave runner or jet ski). Bumpers not provided.
  • Dockage must be reserved and is non-refundable. Launching available by appointment.

    • Reservations:

    All Deposit are subject to a 25% cancellation fee and are credited for the entire length of stay. Reservations are tentative until 50% deposits is received.

    Motel Deposits are refunded if cancelled 10 days prior to arrival less the 25% cancellation fee.

    All Other Deposits are refunded if cancelled 60 days prior to arrival less the 25% cancellation fee.

    No refunds on early departures, dock slips or # of reserved guests.

    Balance due is payable upon arrival- we accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, money orders and travelers checks.

    Personal Checks are only accepted if received at least two weeks prior to arrival- there is a $20 fee on all returned checks.
